Prepare Ingredients

Manually prepare ingredients for loading into Bowl Builder's dispensers. Bowl Builder can hold and dispense prepped ingredients — hot or cold — without compromising quality.

Load Dispenser

Prepared ingredients are loaded into Bowl Builder’s thermally controlled dispensers. Each can be tuned to the specific temperature and humidity that retains ingredient quality.

Receive Orders

Bowl Builder integrates seamlessly with your delivery systems and your POS, interfacing with all online and offline orders.

Bowl Dispense

Bowls get dispensed when new orders come in. Our robot supports most common container types, as well as different sized containers on the same conveyor belt.

Food & Sauce Dispense

Prepped ingredients are dispensed into the bowl one by one, with the exact weight in grams recorded for each addition. Ingredients land in the center by default or can be programmed into specific quadrants. Once the build is complete, 2 oz sauce ramekins can be placed directly into the bowl.

Lid & Bag

Lids are applied securely to each bowl, a label is printed on the bowl or bag, and the system opens the bag, places one or more bowls inside, and adds utensils as required.
